European bricks for paving

machinery from 100% pure, naturally clay extruded bricks size 200x100x50 mm. Color all-kiln colors (from red to dark, black, violet) – original coal fired in historic brick kiln.

For extra durability and higher abrasion resistant bricks are fired in very high temperature. Some bricks are molted and deformed. Brick surface is rustic, typical for historic, reclaimed paving brick from demolition. This high-quality paving clinker is a material renowned for its durability and natural, earthy aesthetics. Each piece is coal-fired, a process that not only strengthens the material but also brings out a rich, deep color that complements a variety of landscapes. The rustic finish adds a touch of old-world charm, making it perfect for creating inviting pathways, patios, and outdoor living areas.  Frost resist.

Clinker paving is often considered superior to concrete paving for several reasons:

  1. Durability and Strength: Clinker is made from mixtures of clays that fire naturally into different colors. The firing process at a temperature of around 1200°C produces a sinter with parameters that the most durable natural stone would not be proud of Clinker pavers have a compressive strength of up to 200 MPa already at a thickness of 50 mm, which means that the thinner clinker pavers have almost twice the strength of the thicker, 82mm concrete blocks
  2. Color Stability: Clinker pavers retain both their full functional advantages and their beauty – including their color – for life, as the color of clinker is a result of the raw material used – different temperature in Kiln, and specific of clay are responsible for the individual shades
  3. Abrasion Resistance: The way clinker is manufactured also makes this type of paving the highest class of abrasion resistance. Unlike concrete pavers, clinker pavers do not abrade. Even with heavy traffic, it does not emit harmful dust
  4. Slip Resistance: Clinker paving achieves the highest possible resistance class. In this competition, it wins not only over concrete paving, which is polished by use, but also over granite blocks, which often have an uneven surface texture.
  5. Cost-Effective Installation: Clinker pavers can be laid in a number of ways, but the construction method known as flexible paving (on compacted aggregate sub-bases, without permanently binding the pavers to the substrate with cement) deserves special recommendation.

In summary, clinker pavers are superior to concrete pavers in terms of durability, abrasion resistance, color stability, slip resistance, and cost-effective installation
