A new church built in half-timber technology with use wooden beams and the so-called soft bricks. This type of brick is fired at a low temperature. As a result, the brick is underburned and has high water absorption and porosity. This prevent condensation moisture from forming between bricks and wooden beams, which would have a destructive effect on structural wood.
